Before you spend………Earn.
Before you talk……….Listen.
Before you react………Think.
Before you Quit……….Try!!
Never feel like nothing; if you are not part of the solution, be part of the problem.
Set yourself away from the opinion of majority.

If you can’t be a pine on the top of the hill, be a scrub in the valley. But be the best little scrub by the side of the hill rill.
Be a bush if you can’t be a tree.
If you can’t be a bush, be a bit of the grass and some highway, some happier make;
If you can’t be a muskie then just be a bass but the liveliest bass in the lake!
We can’t all be captains, we’ve got to be crew there’s something for all of us here. There’s big work to do and there’s lasser to do and the task we must do is near.
If you can’t be a highway then just be a trail, if you can’t be the sun, be a star.
It isn’t by size that you win or fail.
Be the best of whatever you are.

This is the ability to transcend ideas, rules, patterns, relationship and to create meaningful ideas.
This has to do with doing something new and valuable.

Creative work is not a selffish act. It is a gift to the world and every being in it. So give what you’ve got.

The thing about creativity is that people are going to laugh at it…. Don’t bother, just get over it and keep on creating new ideas or patterns.

Life is about creating yourself.

Creative people do certain things which include:
– Making lots of mistakes
– Have a reputation for eccentricity
– Risk-takers
– Dream bg
– Hate the rules
– Easily bored
– Work independently
– change their mind alot.

To live a creative life, lose fear of being wrong.

The worst enemy of creativity is self-doubt.

Most of us have no idea how much other people’s emotion, self-esteem and hopes are influenced by what we say.
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up….. that it may benefit those who listens;
What you say can never be taken back and it’ll be used as evidence for or against you one day.
Words can leave scars for a lifetime, and many people will never forget some of the things you’ve said to them both good things such as words of encouragement and bid things, such as criticism and rebuke.
Make the best possible use of words so they bring blessing on others;
So, are your words encouraging? can it be said that there’s….nothing crooked or perverse…. in them?.

We talk about our ‘core values’. In an ever-changing world they are principles that should govern your life. They are not just business strategies, cultural norms or responses to market changes; they are non-negotiables that dictate how you live your live.
John Blumberg says ‘I’ve not yet met anyone who would say they didn’t want to operate from a solid set of values. However, it’s more challenging than it appears. In leadership workshops all over the world I’ve seen the stunning realisation people face when they’re given a blank sheet and challenged to write down their core values. My hope is you’ll be challenged to investigate, indicate and integrate your core values into the fabric of your life.
What you truly believe determines how you act and manifests itself in your daily routine.
Here’s what you can do:
1. Make yourself valuable to somebody today
2. Tackle a problem that’s bigger than yourself
3. Help someone who can’t repay you
4. Don’t be afraid to ask for help
5. Give the best time of your day to God
6. Take steps to conquer your bad habit
7. Evaluate your actions not by the harvest; but by the seed you sow.

This is to make different from what it is or from what it would be if left alone.
The one thing we can count on in life is change. We try to resist it but it says ”Ready or not, here I come.” In order to grow stronger through change we must Give up, toughen up and wise up (GTW).
First, don’t be an escape artist, trying to avoid the stress that accompanies change. There is no-escape; change is inevitable (sure to happen).
Second, when we’re hit with sudden change, our `fight or flight` instincts aren’t very good at handling it.
Take inventory. Stop convincing yourself that you can’t handle change. Don’t give up without even trying.
Resistance to change just creates ulcers, sleeplessness and stress. So here are some attitudes you may need to adjust:
– Stop thinking like a victim
– Stop expecting others to rescue you
– Stop expecting people to feel sorry for you.
Insteady of bringing your head against the wall of reality, invest your efforts into changing what you can- such as your attitude and your approach.
Since you can’t escape change or the stress that goes with it, here are some steps you can take to help you handle it:
– Don’t ignore small issues
– Become adaptable
– Welcome new experiences
– Learn to live with uncertainty
Quit dong only what’s necessary. once you stop caring, life loses its sparkle and ironically, you become more stressed. So, learn to become more resilient. If you’re moving forward in life your surroundings will be constantly changing. If not, you are going in circles. Clinging to the familiar just buys you comfort today at tomorrow’s expenses.
Always struggling to stabilise in a constantly changing world is like trying to push water up hill – as soon as you get tired and stop, it runs back down over you. Learn to live with loose ends; instead of struggling to make sure that life always happen on your own terms.
Generally, we all want to live stress free without having to work at it.
There are 20 suggestions that might help out:
1. Whenever you talk, say the right things [your word affect you more than others]
2. Simplify your life by eliminating clutter. [if you haven’t used it for 2 years, you probably don’t need it]
3. Eat right [a balanced diet isn’t having a cook’s in each hand]
4. Forgive [Grudges are too heavy to carry]
5. Cut back on caffeine and sugar
6. If you still look like your old passport photo, take a holiday you need one!
7. Coax your body and mind to relax
8. Exercise 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes[its nature magic 4 stress]
9. Maintain your sense of humour
10.Develop a sense of purpose [by seeking God and setting personal goals.]
11.Develop better time management habits
12.Start counting your blessing
13.Take time each day to pray and read God’s word
14.Make room in your life for fun.
15.Get eight hours of sleep [when possible]
16.Let go of what no longer works
17.Live each day to the fullest.
18.Don’t be overly-cautions.
19.For everything you gain, know that you will lose something.
20.Don’t give in to impulse to just do nothing. Approach the future with confidence [and trust in God].

This is the change in the inherited characteristics of biological population over succesive generations. Evolutionary processes give rise to diversity at every level of biological organisation including species individual organisns and molecules such as DNA (Deoxyribonucler acid) and proteins.

All life on earth is descended from a last universal ancestor that lived approximately 3.8 billion years ago.

Repeated speciation and the divergence of life can be inferred from shared set of biochemical and morphological traits.

Charles Darwin was the first to formulate a scientific argument for the theory of evolution by means of natural selection.
1.More offspring are produced than can possibly survive.
2.Traits differences are heritable.
3.Traits vary among individuals leading to different rates of survival and reproduction.
Thus, when member of a population dies they are replaced by the progeny of parents better adapted to survive and reproduce in the environment in which natural selection takes place. This process creates and preserve traits that are fitted for the functional roles they perform.

Natural selection is the only know cause of adaptation but not the only know cause of evolution.

This means to bring to existence.
God creates by spoken words – ”let there be” Gen.1:1-31; 2:1-15
God created the first man from dust and breaths his own breath into him which thus become a living being Gen.2:7.

God first surgerical operation was when he created a woman from man according to Gen.2:21-22.
God took one of Adam (the first man name) and made a woman.

God gave out a commandment. Gen.2:16-18
”And the Lord God commanded the man saying of every tree of the garden that may eat, but of the tree of knowledge of good and evil thou shall not eat. For in the day thou eat it, you shall die.”

Man disobeyed the commandment. And thus, God cursed them.

God didn’t wan’t his creation to end so he allowed continuity of life. He allowed reproduction Gen.3:16. Humans get formed in the womb Ps.91:8; Jer.1:50.

Then evolution began. Because as stated ”all life on earth is descended from a last universal ancestor” that’s true….. the universal ancestor began in Gen5:1-32.

If the earth is estimated to be of existence about 3.8 billion years ago; definately the creation of the world happened before then.

Charles Darwin could not have brought about evolution if no one was of existence before then.

According to the theory of evolution; ”Afterdeath, the population are replaced by progeny (children) of their parents….. yes, this true-Death began in Gen.3:19b For dust thou art and unto dust thou return.

Ain’t trying to be all so religious or trying to make you see the theological aspect of the world creation. This is just too real to be ignored.

God make us know things he permits us to know (not because we are wise or knowledgeable to carry out research). God is the all knowing being. He knows the end fron the begining and begining to the end. (Isa. 46:10a)

He let us marvel and wonder at his handiwork.

Now the question is:
Are you Created or Evoluted?.

Before you assume, learn facts…

Before you judge, understand why…

Before you hurt someone, feel….

Before you speak, think !
